To enter MM&M Awards 2016 please follow the instructions below.

All entries must be submitted and paid online.
You may enter your information in the entry form and save it to return at a later date. When you want to submit your entry please click 'add to cart' and then checkout to submit payment. All entries cost $345.
Entries must be received by 5.59pm EST on Monday, April 11. Late entries will be received until April 18, 2016. However, all nominations received after 5.59pm EST on April 11, 2016 will incur a penalty of $200 per entry.
